Betty J. Borry Breast Cancer Retreats

Providing empowerment, sisterhood, and adventure to women of all ages and stages of Breast Cancer.

At Betty J. Borry Breast Cancer Retreats, women living after breast cancer move from surviving to thriving. We use challenge-by-choice activities and expressive/healing arts to create a supportive, inclusive, invigorating environment. Participants gain confidence, make new friends, find healing in the outdoors, and discover their own strengths in the recovery process.

Betty J. Borry Breast Cancer Retreats is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization.  Our mission is to establish and maintain a support group for women of all ages and stages of breast cancer, enhancing their quality of life through adventure-based opportunities.

“When I arrived, it was about me and all my loss and anger.
When I left it was about us. I came away
feeling stronger.
The women
made me strong.”

2023 Fall Adventure Retreat

Registration and Waitlist Closed

We will celebrate the Fall season of transformation with our breast cancer "sisters" returning to Craigville Retreat Center in Centerville, MA. Discover the old world charm of the Village of Craigville celebrating over 150 years of the founding of the Christian Camp Meeting Association (CCMA) in 1872.

Craigville Retreat Center sits on a bluff overlooking the salt marsh of Nantucket Sound with private access to Craigville Beach, a natural setting for relaxation, introspection and a sense of well-being.

Salt marsh trail hikes through the 1872 Village of Craigville, Craigville Beach walks, expressive/healing arts sessions and relaxing with our "sisters" old and new are some of the adventures we will experience at the 2023 Fall Retreat Weekend.

Registration for new and returning participants from New England only
